Question about my video I want to post!

Hi, newbie here, but not at music vids.

Here's my question:

I have an anime music video with an intro that is not of amv descent. Its just 12 secs for the intro. I know it has to be only anime, but this X-men intro is not even long. So will it be okay for me to still post up my 1st video on this site?

It doesn't have to be only anime, it has to be predominantly anime. One of my early videos has a short clip from Monty Python and the Holy Grail, and nobody ever had a problem with that.

In other words, you should be fine.

that wouldn't get you banned, it would just get the video deleted. Also, as an FYI the videos must be at least 50% anime to upload here.
