i really want to upload it but i'm not sure if it will get me banned

Even if you can't upload it locally, you can always make an entry for it, and you can always upload it on your own webspace and put up <b>DIRECT</b> and/or indirect links to it.

Looked clean enough to me, I don't see why you shouldn't be alllowed to upload it to LOCAL, I would go ahead and upload it.
