Opinions on their own

Post by Anime Jedi » Thu Feb 28, 2008 8:46 pm

I was wondering if anyone could tell me why an Opinion I had written a couple of weeks ago shows that it had been updated (modified) yesterday.

I'm under the understanding that when the respective video creator adds his/her own comment in response to the Opinion, the modified date changes to when this response is made. I'm not a fan of that, but it's fine.

However, no comment response has been made. Would anyone know why the modified date has been updated?

Someone added a comment, then removed it?

Maybe they made it public/private.

You can play with people minds by changing the opinion to add a letter. Then change it again to remove it. It's best to do this to people who are reasonably unknown and don't get many opinions. They see the front page and get their hopes up then their spirit is slowly crushed as they look and look and can't figure out what's changed.

Not that I've ever done this mind you. Not recently at least.
