confirm anime title "Kodomo no jikan", beacuse I can't upload my amv, that was made with scenes from this series.

That already in the database as "A Child's Time" (check the alternative titles please... We use the english title version in the org)...

I've pointed that title to the current one os you'll see it under the english version in your video now

Hmmm that's weird, I see that lots of the anime titles are in original japaneess form without alternative title (or what I call translation in english).
Title Kodomo no jikan was already in database and was waiting to be confirm, I haven't creat it.
I think most of people know this anime under it's original title so I want original title to be attached to my amv or at least "Kodomo no jikan (Child's time)"
this is the best conception for me

IIRC the English title (of the Manga at least) wasn't even a translation of the Japanese one... why isn't that one being used if the English title is the preferred one?

That the way it's been entered from the start (was already in there).. as for exact translations, lots of titles out there on DVD are not even accurate to the Japanese.. take that up with the companies releasing them...

Our policy is to match them with the North American Name... However I have been using both if cases where there is no offical release out yest or it's in debate, but it's time consuming and not always clear cut so we do our best..

In terms of that case, it is not on DVD here already under that name, then it would go more like this: Child's time (Kodomo no jikan)... Unless Child's time is NOT the official NA release name, then possibly the other way (and it's HARD to know that for sure in so many cases

I'll look into the title a bit more and if there is not "official" english title relaese then I'l look at renaming it to Kodomo no jikan (Child's time)"

The official English title of the manga (that was dropped by its licensor because they thought backlash over the content would ruin their company) was "Nymphet." With that much controversy surrounding the manga I highly doubt the anime would be be picked up by anyone. It is the same series though.

I'll look into it. The main resson to hold on the the already used English title is that there are a lot of videos that reference that already (been like that for a while under that name) and so we don't want too much confusion.. this way it references both titles
