Problem with FileZilla.

Is anyone else having a problem uploading videos with FileZilla? I used the same program to upload my first AMV, and obviously it worked then. But now, I just get stuck with this:

Status: Waiting to retry...
Status: Resolving IP-Address for Kero.AnimeMusicVideos.org
Status: Connecting to 69.26.178.19:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

It just keeps trying to reconnect, times out and reconnect again. I don't think it's an issue with my internet connection, so I'm at a loss here. Any help would be appreciated!

is your firewall off?

Yeah, I had to turn my firewall off to get it to upload to the FTP server, but obviously that's not the optimal solution. Can anyone help me figure out how to set up my firewall properly? I checked my Windows Firewall settings, and FileZilla is set to exceptions.

It's odd that I didn't have this problem last time.
