Confirm Upload: Help!

When I went to confirm an uploaded AMV, I got a got a message saying:

"You are now the proud owner of a screwy error message from .Org. That error message is: couldn't connect to host Please report this in the forums."

So here I am! ...How do I fix this?

When I tried again later it gave me another message:

"Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received Please report this in the forums."

Is it possible that your video didn't upload correctly?
Try uploading it again?

When I go to check the FTP site (I wrote down all the "sign in" information) the file is there. Is there any way to restart this process?

Mine just sort of fixed itself. Not sure if I or anyone did anything about it... but try back in a bit and see if there are any changes. The only thing I remember doing differently was reopen the FTP page, deleted the file and copied it again. I doubt this did much though... I think it is just a page error.

If I lost my upload information because uploads went down right after I started the process, is there any way to cancel a upload, or have the information resent?

yes, go to the "confirm video" button and choose "cancel this upload"
