I didn't get a reply to this in the site status part of the forum, so I guess I'll throw the question this way...
I have looked over the tutorial when it came to uploading a video, and as soon as I get to the part about uploading to Kero...I can't upload. I only got an "Upload Video" button once. Now all I have is Enter New Video, Edit Video Info, and Confirm Upload. Of course it tells me that I can't confirm an upload because I haven't uploaded...I got the FTP part of Kero to work, but I can't drag the video over to Kero as the tutorial states...
Am I doing something wrong? Do I need an FTP server/client? (Which I'm hoping not, since I looked at Filezilla and others, and got terribly lost) I've been trying to upload here for about a month, since Kero was having its fits...and I have all my info filled out, I can sign into Kero with my username and password...but that's as far as I can get. If anyone could give me some help, or a walkthrough, I would greatly appreciate it...I had my videos over on YouTube, and with copyright issues over there, I just want a safe place to put my vids that won't take them off...if I can get them uploaded. Any, every kind of help would be wonderful...Kero and FTP are giving me a headache. XD Thank you in advance!

Filezilla isn't all that difficult to use. Have you tried looking at this page?

That would be a helpful page...but do you have to configure anything behind your firewall or such for the server to connect? I've saved the link(thank you!), but in installing Filezilla, is there anything I need to...lower, or disable or...whatever? XD I've tried with another FTP program, several in fact, and it couldn't connect. I will try with Filezilla again. I suppose this means you do need a server/client to upload, huh? XD

Just download the filezilla client. Kero is already an FTP server and you don't need the server version.
You usually don't need to make a firewall change when using a client. However, your computer might give you a message to allow filezilla through the firewall. If it does just click allow.
Filezilla doesn't really need to be configured. Just enter in the login info you got from the upload video pages and click quickconnect.
If you can not connect still, then go to the confirm upload page. Cancel your upload request and start it over. Since the server was down for upgrades when you originally started, the login credentials you have right now might not be valid.
