Downloading to PS3

Okay, I already know I can download local downloads to my computer and transfer via USB flash/thumb drive to get videos to my playstation 3. What I am asking, is there a way to save directly from the website to my PS3 directly?

I ask this because I don't always have access to a computer with internet.
