Ok so i was wondering if it was ok to upload this video

It has some nudity in it but nothing to bad the worst you see are some butt cheeks and maybe some side boob its not porn or anything i just wanted to ask before i uploaded it i really don't wanna get banned

It's not overly erotic, so I'd say it's fine.

mind clarifying?
I thought the line was actual pornographic content. I.e. depictions of sex acts or sexualized displays of genitalia, not erotic images lacking those things.

It's the same line the animators toe when making it. it's the "skin tight licra and pasties mean she's not nude" standard.

I was going off of the rules on the upload video page.

Videos explicitly depicting sexual acts are totally forbidden. ... Nudity is permitted provided it either has an artistic function in the video or is not depicted in an overtly erotic context.

Naturally, the definition of "overly erotic" will vary from person to person...it boils down to a judgment call. The best example I think I can give is something like what you'd find in Seikon no Qwaser.
