So, seeing as I can't upload my video onto the org because said filesize is too big, I tried to upload it on another website, and link it to my video as "Indirect" so that people can at least see the damn thing. The website is "sendspace.com"
Now, I've tried setting it up in EVERY WAY possible. I keep getting "ERROR: Link is not valid: 301 - Moved Permanently"
Then it'll give me these suggestions:
"Common Problems:
* Protocal required: http://, https://, ftp://
* No closing / at the end of a directory:
http://www.site.com/video/directory should be http://www.site.com/video/directory/
* You just typed the name in wrong. "
NOW, I have done all of these suggestions and then some, but it's still not working. Any advice please? I just want my video to be shown to the public, that's all.
Thanks in advance, Minty~

Well, perhaps we can figure out how to make the video's file size smaller? What's the current file size and what format/codec are you using? How are you encoding the video (straight from your editing program or using another program?

Current file size: 488MB (Video is 6 minutes long with a bunch of effects, give me a break here...)Pwolf wrote:Well, perhaps we can figure out how to make the video's file size smaller? Format/codec I guess would be WMV3? I don't really know.... And I actually first saved it into two parts, then saved it AGAIN into the full part. Both times in Sony Vegas. Hope that helps.

try exporting to lossless (UTVideo/Lagarith) out of vegas and using Zarx264GUI to make an MP4. At 6 minutes, you might still be over but it should be better than the 488mb you're getting now.

Re: Off-Link situation.
yeap, heres a download http://www.amvhell.com/stuff/zarx264gui/Zarx264gui2.zip
Just extract the zip to a folder and load the program... then browse for the video file. The default settings should be fine.
