Need help reactivating old account

I was a user here several years ago (2004-2005ish) and I, sadly, cannot relog into the account with any of my email addresses. Whenever I try it says the username/email is no longer in the database. I'm thinking it may have been deactivated so I sent an email to the admin but never received a response. The account name is Akulious.

I'm not sure how to go about this so...I'm here posting. Any help or advice could really help.
