im new need help please!

hello im new to a-m-v.org i made am amv and im trying to upload it to the site i only wanted to have a direct link thought YouTube but was told that i needed to download filezilla for it to go public on the amv site
when the uploading was complete i went to download my clip to see that it was working when i went to download it said the file size is 44.8MB but i upload the file at 330MB not only that but filezila is re uploading my clip to the site again any help
on this please!?.

There's a file size limit of 150MB. If you have a reason the video is that size (i.e. it's 1080p and about 8 minutes long) then you can get an exception made... otherwise, you can learn to encode properly here.
