Link Option Not Working on Add/Edit Video

For some reason, when I go to edit my video profile, the tab for 'step 4: LINKS' has no hyperlink. Is there something that I've done wrong in adding my video? Any help with this would be highly appreciated.

Hey,

All information in steps 1-3 must be filled out completely before step 4 will be active for that video.

I seem to be having the same problem. However, all the stuff in steps 1-3 are filled in already, and I still can't add a link.

Thanks muchly. I checked back and apparently the Edit process had wiped the song title from my entry somewhere along the way (which I hadn't noticed, dratitall), but I've got it fixed now (I think).
