Waiting a day for upload confirmation

Hi there,

I have been waiting for the better part of 24 hours to get upload permission for my vid; "Kuroko no Basket | Virtus". I entered a new song
could that be the cause for the delay? I'm fairly sure I entered all the other information...

Now I am presented with a new problem. I uploaded the file; saw it was the wrong one when I reviewed the TEST-version; so I deleted it from the server.
And now can't seem to reupload anything. I am probably making some really newby mistakes here; for that I apologize.

I got this errorcode to report from the website: "directory empty at /usr/local/sbin/Pancake line 151, <FH> line 18. "

This is what filzilla reports if it makes any sense to you. As far as I can deduce I have reached the limit of uploads set aside for this specific client.
I have no idea how to solve this though. If I can solve it at all.

Cancel the upload request and start over from upload a video, it's the easiest way out.
