log in issues

Everytime I try to log in lately, it bounces me to the momber page..but before it loads I get thrown back to the login.php page..and it isn't because I'm typing in the name and pass wrong, it just keeps throwing me back to the login screen? Any suggestion on how to get around this..or is this a bug in the site?

Have you tried clearing all browser cache and site cookies?
