Why don't the Local downloads work?

Hey again - I tried mozilla but the same thing happened, well it did download for a little longer than usuall (almost got 1/2 a meg done this time) anyway it still doesnt work. Do you know anything else I could try to do?

Hey me again i tried to dowmload with a 10meg connection and it works quite well so im now guessing that it is a time out type of thing cause my connectin seems to go really slow on this site. And I also found that by occasionaly pausing the downloads that im getting at home they seem to go faster.
