I recently submitted a banner to get voted on. It was the "Insert Song Here" for those of you who voted against it. But, anyway, it lost the vote. But I have no idea how many people, if any, voted for it. I think you should send an E-mail to the people who submit losing banners telling them how many people voted for/against it. Then, if it's close, they could revamp and resubmit (Are we allowed to do that?). Anyway, just a thought.
