Help! Upload error made only about 5% of video put up!

I was uploading a video with CuteFTP (thats the one it suggested... isn't it?) and it said 'upload error' when only part of it was uploaded. Now my video is up for download but only what already uploaded, about 5% of it. Is there a way I can fix this?

To ask the needed question, why did you confirm if the upload didn't complete? Otherwise, you can just redo the upload. If you actually did confirm it (foolish you), then you have to file a deletion request and wait.

...Oh... I thought that you were supposed to confirm it beofre it finished uploading... ^^; Ah give me a break, it's my first time doing this!
