Downloading issues can someone just help me out here O.o

Well...let's see when I haven't downloaded anything and then I try and download something locally and it tells me that I haven't waited long enough from my past download attempt and yet I haven't downloaded anything...I think there is a problem >.<.

I just totally don't understand it but would like to see if anyone is experiencing the same problem as me so that we can bring this to the site admins.

Clear your cookies.

Internet Explorer: Tools, Internet Options, and I think in the first tab (haven't used it in prolly a year and a half) and click on "Clear Cookies."

Otherwise, I have no clue, but the steps above seem to be the biggest help.

Also make sure you don't have any download accelerators running.

I had the same problem just a short while ago... I had to disable the acceleration on my dial-up connection before I could download anything.

not to be a pain but... (for those of us who are pc -dumb) how do find out if u have dl accelarator on and how would u disable it?
