Confirm Video Error

I uploaded my AMV ["Migraine"] to Kero.Anime.MusicVideos.org but whenever I go to the Confirm Video Page it says:

Our records show that you are uploading: Migraine

There's a button that says "Oops, cancel this upload." and another that says "Looks good. Go ahead."

I tried clicking on the buttons but both go to a dead link page that says:
HTTP 404 - File not found

Be patient. It says 'At Your Own Risk' for a reason.

I have a similiar problem. you see i acidentally tried to upload the wrong video so now when i go to upload my correct amv i cannot seem to cancel the other one. I can't get rid of the "confirm video" button. I have gotten past the "cancel this upload" and "go ahead" pages and it just said today that..."Pancake could not find your file. Did you upload it? If you did then report this error code to the forums:opendir: No such file or directory at /usr/local/sbin/Pancake line 162, <FH> line 17.
I did not start to upload this video because it was the wrong one. I didn't even bother to write down the uploading information. I just went straight to the "confirm video" page to cancel it and....nothing. If anyone reads this who is an administer could you please cancel my pending upload? I am sure you are all busy with Kero right now so if all of this is because of a few bugs in his programming then please let me know. I am sorry to bother u guys. I'm just worried thats all.
