Having trouble with leaving stars...

I have recently finished successfully uploading my amv's and have also been downloading a alot vids today by clicking "here" on the download page and the selecting "save target as" and I noticed that a few of them never showed up on my ratings list. I went to "my downloads" and a couple were not even listed despite my downloading them to my desktop and everything.

I think that only local downloads end up with having you give a star rating.
