I mean whenever i put that upload thing what do i do after that?(Please tell me everything) and where do i get the videos....

Go to the Member Main page and look at the bottom left list of links. You'll see something called "Guides." Click that and get "Moonslayer's Guide." That will walk you through both downloading (and finding) amvs, and uploading them.

For future reference, try waiting a few hours before bumping your thread.
