Can't get connected or anything to upload

I've been trying for a few days now and actually have downloaded a few FTP Globalscape CuteFTP 7.0, and one from request here FileZilla version 2.213 but none will upload I got this message on cuteFTP:

The remote host actively refused the attempt to connect to it.
1) Verify that the destination host name or IP address is correct.
2) Verify that the connection port number is correct (under Site Settings | Type tab).
3) The remote server may be temporarily or permanently inaccessible (try again later).
4) Verify that you have chosen the right protocol (SSH2, SSL, FTP, etc.) and have setup all required options for that protocol.

and on FileZilla it just said unable to connect. I don't know if I have the wrong port. I typed in the username and password given and FTP address in the address box. Nothing will work tried all three FTP. I'm .new at this and I looked at the guide and forums but still can't make it work I need help!!!!

Are you using the right server? It should be 'kero.animemusicvideos.org'
