Seriously, the asking for money is so that the site is free. It may not be the site that you want, but it is the site that the donators paid for and that you are using. Have some respect for the people that work to keep it free and who allow you to use it for free : )

If you don't follow through with it for an asshole like this guy, who has already broken multiple rules that are bannable (multiple accounts, non-amv uploads) AND been a rude, ignorant, admin-sassing ass about it, how is anyone supposed to take the rules seriously?

You obviously don't check your email. You had your upload status removed because you knowingly uploaded live action videos to the site.

This is the only reason I got mad. All I was originally asking was why I could not ask upload. But you had to go and make me look like and idiot on a public forum. This is not how you treat the people using your service. I seriously suggest you reconcider your custmor service skills. And then trying to make the forum decide my fate... I have never had such rude service.

You should be able to log into the forum with your ChefsRock account and post with it. The site and forum have been integrated together so that if you create an account with one you will have an account in both portions of the site.

I kind of agree with you their. AD, from a mature stance, it would have bein better for you to tell him this in a PM. Alot of people dont check their email reguraly so it would be a better option to send the message to the members PM box and email. however............

Like its allready bein stated, this is a non-profit organisation. Its a free service. Their are no customers. Nowhere is money made from this site. In fact it actualy costs the people who run this site money to pay for the powerfull servers needed to run this site.

This place is privately owned. Using it is a privelage you have which can be taken away without the need for a reason. Its no different to coming into someones house and being asked to leave.

People have bad days, and their actions are affected acordingly. Its best to just say away from anything that could lead to any sort of serios, or mature conversation when your having one. Get on the irc room and bitch about your shity day. We'l probably be bored enough to turn a conversation out of it

Alright, we have a positive sign. Good, I'd then reverse my recommendation (come on, give the guy a chance AD - if he's really willing to try).

But let's not talk about customer service here. If this is a site that's non-profit, and it's not trying to sell you a product. The goal is quite apart from servicing anyone individually - consider any use of this site a freebie favour from Phade & co., supported by the donators. Although fairness and good attitude encourage donations, they're not pre-conditions for this site's existence. The administration has their own rules and, well, they reserve the right to act as they wish when they feel they're not being followed as required.

And as far as I'm aware, even major donators have on occasions received obvious disciplinary measures for not acting by the site's rules of conduct.

This was months and months ago. These days we actually email and PM people to give a good coverage of contact.

Also, although you felt humiliated I was simply stating fact, I didn't add any personal judgements to my original post - it was entirely informative. The response I was looking for was "oooh. Yeah, I'm sorry about that - I'll know better next time".

That will suffice for me. I'm going to allow you to upload again. The only other I would like to ask if you would stop using the nick007 account and use your main amv one for everything. It will make contacting you easier if you mainain and update one account only (you can use the original account in the forum too).
