Unable to upload Music video

I'm trying to upload a music video. I filled out all the info but it still says I don't have any uploads ready. Its done to sept 11th footage and I put that in. Since sept 11th isn't anime is that why its not uploading?

Yup, that's why. You can only upload anime here. Did you read the information in the video upload screen? It tells you there what you can and can't upload.

then whats with all the other videos done to blade and other stuff?

Probably because there is some anime in it the other ones. If there's at least one anime source present, then it's ok to be uploaded (generally).

And by that I did not mean put a random anime in the description to be able to upload it
