Ok ive got a big problem

I just put up a new video and i DL'ed it and confirmed it i exited out of all of he windows after i did everything then later i told my friend it was up and go check it out he told me its not there so i went and checked and it is in "EDIT MY VIDEOS" but its not anywhere on the download list what is going on??
