1 hour is too long? Ever heard of pacience? I would prefer if banners required two or three times that amount of votes. Most current ones which have bein accepted are plain boring and cliche'd.

An hour? I'd say that's pretty fast -- so much so, in fact, that tons of people who DO want to vote on any given banner don't get the <i>chance</i>.

well, an hour does seem too fast, i jus timed the last one and it turned out to b around 2hrs and 30mins, i was way off xD
