Help: Why can't I add a new Artist or New Song?

For some reason, When I click the 'New Artist' or 'New Song' buttons to add a new Artist or Song to the database, nothing happens! It let me do this once before, but now it no longer allows me to do so, and I can't complete the upload of two of my video's because I can't input the correct song or artist to the videos! If someone could help me resolve this problem, I would be most grateful! Thanks! ^^

I had the same problem with one of the videos I was uploading. I found that I needed to disable the Norton Firewall and then I was able to change to add a new song to the artist. It wasn't always this way, but is now. If you have a firewall I recomend disabling it long enough to add the song, then re-enable it when you are done.
