trouble with entering video

When I enter a video, right after I hit the "I agree" thing and hit continue, the page just goes blank x_x And on firefox, it just says "_uacct = "UA-69089-1"; urchinTracker();" Can somebody pleas give me a hand?

do you have cookies enabled? if you don't you might have to
if you do, try deleting all of your cookies and try again.

you could also try holding shift, then pressing reload...
...never seen that before...

in Firefox:
tools, options..., privacy
in Internet explorer:
tools, internet options, general.
but to allow cookies you have to modify the settings in privacy.

...I guess pretty much every browser is the same (in this respect) so if you don't use a browser that I listed, chances are the procedure is similar
