FTP connection Speed

Having issues when uploading... The bitrate would just... suck.

Like it'd start at 3kbps. WTF? and then to make it even worse, it'd drop to like 0.073kbps.

What makes this eve n worse is b/c I'm on a broadband connection.

Any help?

As far as I know, there is no help.
I assume that with the download bandwidth that this site has, it has a specified ammount of bandwidth that can be used for uploading.

In short, uploading takes way longer...even if you have a T1 connection
If I remember right, it took me about...2.5 - 3 hours to upload a 53GB file

I guess that something can be said for patience
at least it gives you time to read a good book, do laundry (or homework if applicable), etc...

I fixed it.

Now i'm at 26 kbps.

What? It only took me three hours to upload 53TB.
