I'm trying to change a pic in my profile, but it won't work

When I try to change the pic in my profile, the size is right, but the picture doesn't change, instead, it just makes the current pic (the one I supposedly deleted) all squatty and stuff. Is this merely a temporary problem that goes away, or am I doing something wrong?

You need to clear your cache. Try refreshing the page while holding down control.

refresh the page? before, after, or during I delete or add the pic? @.@

After you've uploaded the new one, when it looks all squashed and such.
