amv downloads, help me please

hey can i dl amvs from this sit because i have looked and i cant find anything

OK go to the home page and look in the bottom left hand corner look for "Search For AMVs" Then type what ever amv you want and it will come up with results. Then click on a video and go all the way to the bottom of the video info page and click the link it should say something like "local". Click that then go all the way to the bottom of that page and click on one of the 3 buttons that says "proceed". That will take you to a page were you have to wait 10 seconds then a save dialog box will come up and THEN SAVE THE AMV TO YOUR COMPUTER!!!! WHOOOOO HOOOOOO

lol skimmed it probably says the same thing... lolz sometimes visual helps people though, makes it easier...
