Banner Help!

I have tried this with both FireFox1.5 and InternetExplorer7 and I get the same problem with both.
Problem: when I go to either vote on new banners or I go to upload a new banner, I get sent to a blank page.
Please help!

Something may be wrong with your firewall, if you have any... try disenabling it and see if something has changed

you may have blocked images from this site (or maybe another one, like imageshack, which a lot of people use)
so you may want to check that.

if that doesn't work, then try clearing your cookiees and cache

Nope. I disabled my entire internet security suite and firewalls, and still nothing... my cache and history all self-erase when I close my browser window...and I don't have images blocked from either imageshack or photobucket
Also, when I do "view source" I get this: GIF89a
It seems to be treating the entire page as a gif image.
