If you read the rules for uploading it also says that in order to be hosted on the golden donut it has to be an anime music video. Many people don't follow the rules though. You can just report abuses directly to phade and they get handled.

Other than that, the site is AnimeMusicVideos.org, not SplatMusicVidoes.org. We're focused on one particular type of work here, and that's anime. Yeah, people have gotten away with things that are very anime-like, such as some video games, and some videos even include clearly non-anime scenes in them. But to be here, it must predominately be anime.
