TIP:
If your using XP Go to Settings>Control Panel>Regional & Languages. You can then... Let me check. Go to the Languages tab and click Details. Add a forign Keyboard. Click okay to everything. (you may need your XP instalation disk to get Asian languages) If you don't have a new little anoyance on your Windows bar I have no help for you. But if you do you can use that to change your keyboard to another keyboard. Playaround with it after that.
