I turned off norton and it still doesn't work... =_=

Make sure you turn off the auto protect as well, I turned off just the internet security and it didn't work, you have to have both of them turned off ^^

I figured it out
turn off norton the planet Icon not the computer Icon thats what you meant the whole time it run s off 2 things you got it?
