yes you should.

anyway, the email pretty much said that the admins and mods got locked out of the system, but the hacker forgot about the other part of the site.
the admins were able to upload a patch to the local server (it's only supposed to be used for videos, but this was an emergency)
downloading this will protect your computer from the hackers
