How to watch Vids

I'm not to sure if programs would work by putting them on an hdd and then on another comp,I suppose if you put the installer on the external then you can install it where ever you would like,or if you just go to google and search "VLC palyer" then click on the first source and install it.

There's also a portable version of VLC.

i have the normal version of vlc installed on my 1 gig usb. it doesnt take that much room
