Live Action Videos [Hear me out please]

Nobody is trying to change the sites main intention. This is simply an added bonus for people who choose other mediums than anime to make videos. It's a place to announce other videos that are self hosted. We have a thread for it, therefore it's obviously acceptable in the eyes of the admins/mods. So rather than have a thread that we have to search through PAGES and PAGES to find a video, why not have a fucking forum to announce these videos? There will be no hosting here, and I'm sure it would be heavily modded. I'm even willing to mod it myself.

The thread probably shouldn't exist outside of the OT forum to be completely honest. It's off topic so should rightly be in the place where the other off topic discussions go. I don't understand what's so difficult to understand about that. It seems pretty straight forward to me.

Except the video section isn't intended as in "videos" in general, but as in video under a technological side of things. As in the editing seen under the light of bringing anime and music together. So yes, live action doesn't have anything to do with the video section.

and that's why it would be an addition, that's why it's a debate. It's not completely irrelevant to the site or the community as evidenced by the 30+ pages in the lamv thread though.

i think it'd give the site a little new fervor, but it probably wouldn't be THAT active anyway, unless it became wildly popular and absorbed the site and overthrew all the admins and declared itself LAMV.org but like joey said, close it if it looks like that might happen, and crisis averted!

Jesus Christ Bashar you have such a one track mind. In this case, let's get rid of the avisynth forum. This is a-m-v.org not ENCODANFAG.ORG. Yeah, AviSynth has to do with video, but not amv's specifically. Just like other forms of video relate to editing and videos, but not anime in specific. Seriously, you take this shit way too literally.

Because not everybody is going to pay for OT, in fact, not even 10% of these people will.
