Well, its somewhat of a foggy subject...

If you remember this thread, there are some different opinions among some people.

AD in the thread says that it should be a definite 'no' if he/she has a video...
In this case, although the video was not locally hosted, doesn't it technically mean he created a video and entered it into the AMV catalogue?

Indeed it does, but it isnt hosted Directly, Indirectly, or even Locally, so he cant recieve any opinions, or any more downloads, so Only he can complain about something that wont make any difference. So we'll have to leave this case to AD and Derobert.

Just because the video isn't available for download doesn't mean that it never existed.

So? The purpose of the 'org is to catalog every anime music video that has ever been released. Removing a member along with an amv that he's made contradicts that purpose.
