Yeah, I guess I overreacted. However the point I was trying to make is: I've been trusted to moderate this site and to not abuse the priviledge. I'm suppose to enforce the rules. It just happened that I needed to enforce them on myself for once. I don't make a habit of editing my posts. It was an exception.

I agree with that. People make a mistake like posting a link to a bootleg site, a mod fixes it. Simple stuff like that are reported to the mod box, or the mod runs into the thread, then the link is removed. What Corran did was what any moderator should of done. Just because it happened to his own post doesn't mean he should of waited for another moderator.Corran wrote:It was an exception.

...nobody said he should have. No one accused Corran of abuse. Stop making assumptions. The whole reason Corran was brought up was to illustrate that people make mistakes and sometimes need to correct them. Kalium was saying it's easily subjected to abuse, then SF after him mentioning that brought up Corran editing his post. I came up with the assumption that SuperFusion brought that up trying to say corran abused his privileges or something. Anyone could draw that conclusion when there use to SuperFusion bitching all the time.
