you haven't uploaded yet, that's the address you have to use to upload your video

get an ftp client like filezilla (get the win_setup32.exe one,) put that into the address bar, and click quick connect (be sure to turn any firewalls you have to low or off or else you won't be able to connect)

and you probably shouldn't be posting that username and password information
