Preview Link not visible when logged out

The "Preview" link on local AMVs (that got it enabled) isn't visible unless you are logged in - pretty annoying when you are coming from a RSS link.
I'm not sure whether thats intended - but I think it's a shame to hide such a fantastic feature from visitors aka soon-to-be members. I dont mean: make it available to guests but make the link visible (like Local DL) and then redirect to login form.
