I'm wondering if I'm able to re download AMV's I've downloaded before to my new computer.
Is there a section where I can see a list of all the AMV's I've downloaded from this site before??

If you have downloaded some videos and haven't rated them yet, you will only see those until you rate them, otherwise, if you rated all your downloaded videos, that list will be complete (you will also be able to edit a video's vote by clicking on the vote and then selecting a new one for it).
This obviously only works for local downloads, though. I don't think there is much you can do for videos that are exclusively on direct or indirect download unless you clearly remember them.
