Can't upload (Confirm Anime?)

I filled everything out according to the directions, but I'm not seeing the option to upload my video. Here's the info I entered:

Dusk Maiden of Amnesia is pretty new, so maybe it hasn't been confirmed yet?

That's depressing. It doesn't seem to want to accept my external (indirect) link either. If I put the link in the video comments, will that get me banned?

Well, if the link is a youtube link, that's going to be fine since youtube has an agreement with Evanescence's label to the best of my knowledge, which means that you are free to link that in the comments at least.
It would be better if you avoided other kind of links, but at most they'd get removed rather than straight get you banned.
