Amv upload problems

So I wanna upload an amv to this site and it said "use the "upload amv" link on member home page" so im on the homepage but where's the link???

It's under the "editors" drop down menu

Also what is the port? I thought it was the username in the link, but it says it only takes numerical characters....

If you're talking about the port for using the FTP upload, then you can just leave that part blank
