how do you upload a video?

First you have to enter this video in the database ("Enter new Video" in the menu and follow the instructions)
Once this is done, choose "Upload video" in the menu.

There the instructions are pretty clear: you have to choose the video you want to upload, and you'll be given a ftp login and pass. you only have to login to the ftp adress with this login and pass (using a ftp client such as smartftp or internet explorer 6), and copy your video file in the root directory.
