Accidentally entered a video that will never exist

This is embarassing. I couldn't figure out how to add a video by proxy so I thought it must be a setting you set on the normal "enter new video" form.

Reallized my mistake too late and now I have a video added that is somebody else's. The normal bug reporting forms do now make allowance for deleting a video unless its a duplicate entry. What should I do? (any don't say e-mail Phade because I've tried that several times before and he's never seemed to recieve any of it)

You can change the information to something valid, like for another vid. The reason you haven't heard from me about the email delete requests is because I currently just collect them and will delete the vids when the "delete vid" admin function has been rewritten. Sorry for the delay.

Ah, thanks alot. How does one enter a video by Proxy anyway? I remember seeing a link for it once but have never found my way back.

Not to be impatient, I know you have a nigh-unknowable amount of stuff to take care of for the site but...

Any idea what the turn around time will be on video information edit requets?

I think what he means is that he wants you to edit the video information yourself.

When you create your next video, instead of making a new video post about it, simply use the post that you already have which you don't want.

Change the name of the video that doesn't exist to the new video, and change over all the information. Then your problem will be solved.

In the mean time you can just change its name to "this video doesn't exist, sorry" and explain the situation in the discription. then you can always go back and replace the info with that of one of your own videos.
