I was wondering. If i would be able to submit my video now. and add the direct link later tonight? the video will be uploaded to the web later tonight but i dont wanna have to submit it later. am i allowed to do this? thx

As long as a video exists, it's okay to enter it. Not all videos are required to be downloadable - they just need to exist.
