cant link??

I already submited my video. And i got my direct link last nite. But when i goto edit it. i go tru all the steps but when im on step 3 and click continue. instead of taking my to step 4 it takes my to step 1. i also tryed just clicking the link button. but its in white and wont let me click it. How do i submit my link now?? is there something wrong with my browser? i tryed emptying the cache and the cookies. that didnt do it. plz anyone know whats wrong. if neccecary i have a pic of my desktop to show what my problem is. thx
